Our Journey Into Space

We started our coffee roasting journey back in Florida of 2015. At this time, Hurricanes Irma and Maria devastated my island of St. Croix so, my wife and I made the decision to return home in pursuit of preserving the history and culture of the island. While on the island we just couldn't find a great cup of coffee and the only coffee roaster was on St. Thomas a neighboring island. During the time we spent on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands I became curious of the night sky and its deep space objects. I have developed a unique and interesting portfolio of beautiful deep space objects where you can preview on www.theastrocave.com. We later invested on a espresso maker to start making our own delicious cups of coffee right at home. This passion of brewing a wonderful cup of coffee led us to offering you amazing roasts of our specialty coffees.
