New beans from the southernmost district of Colombia. These beans were prepared in honor of Don Vasquez, who was a man with only the best tastes and standards in coffee lots. Subject to supervision during 100% of the production process, this coffee becomes amazingly complex, encompassing all qualities. 

Cupping Notes: Chocolate and cherry flavors, creamy body, and a long, sweet finish.
